Order Processing

Orders are processed after they have been confirmed.
For Bank Transfer / Deposit orders, processing begins once payment has been successfully verified.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Standard Shipping

We offer islandwide standard shipping.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of 5–8 business days from order confirmation or payment verification.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for selected products and delivery locations.
Express orders are typically delivered within 3 business days from the date your order is confirmed (or payment has been verified for Bank Transfer orders).
Additional shipping charges may apply for Express Shipping.

Shipping Charges

Bank Transfer / Deposit: FREE islandwide standard shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD): A standard shipping charge of LKR 350 applies to all COD orders.
Express Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

While we always strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
